Astrid von Mühlenbrock completed with Honors her Architecture degree and awarded as the best diploma project of her generation from the University of del Desarrollo, Department of Architecture and Design in Santiago de Chile, 2010. During her university years she participated with Rafael Iglesia in his Design Research Studio in Rosario, Argentina. Afterwards, she worked for the Chilean Government in the Ministry of Public Works, which involved to collaborate in the processes of public architecture competitions and in the development and construction from national landmarks to new influential projects, such as the new Ministry of Internal Affairs, the President Palace and city Theaters. She recently completed his Postgraduate MArch in Architecture and Urbanism (Design Research Lab) at the Architectural Association School of Architecture (2016). The diploma project, -Synergia- , as part of Theodore Spyropoulos Studio, look into the new recent and revolutionized fields of robotics research, which studies the soft multi-material freeform fabrication technologies as a new development for spatial assemblies. Astrid also participated in the exhibition of the project -Emotive City- By Minimaforms, at FutureFest 2015, London. Her main fields of interest include generative design systems and motion 2D/3D graphics.
